Before transitioning to real estate in 2008, I earned my accounting degree from San Marcos University in Lima, Peru, and served in executive management roles before working as a Senior Investment Operations Associate for Prudential Financial in Newark, NJ.  This deep background in corporate accounting, business strategy, and asset management gives my clients a distinct competitive advantage when navigating complex pricing, market analyses, contract negotiations, and real estate investments.
